Your Sarah Coventry Jewelry is guaranteed for complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your selection you may return it to for a replacement, exchange or refund of the full purchase price.

To do so, please insure and send the item registered mail to us along with your Purchase Receipt. Please indicate on the back of the receipt if you prefer a refund (within 90 days), exchange, or a merchandise credit. Refunds will be made for items returned in new condition or for manufacturing and functional defects. A refund may not be issued if the item clearly shows abuse or excessive wear in the company's judgment. LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

After 90 days from date of purchase, we will replace an item returned for manufacturing or functional defects. Please return your item with the Purchase Receipt along with a $6 service fee. If the item is not available, the customer may choose an item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. Items are excluded from replacement for normal or excessive wear. Watch batteries are not covered as a defect. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This guarantee applies only to product purchased from Sarah Coventry HPP, Inc. Vintage products (items purchased before 2003) or items purchased via channels other than Sarah Coventry HPP, are also excluded.

Sarah Coventry disclaims responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are limited to the duration of this express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or allow a limitation on incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
